"None of these people know a single thing about the law nor how to do their jobs right. Taking kids who were perfectly fine, fed, bathed, schooled, mannered, and safe out of there homes for no reason? Just because they felt like it? That's messed up. Learn how to do your jobs right before you apply."

"I have not seen my child in over two years plus had a false protection order on me where it stopped my visits. Keep up the good work essential social services workers you guys are doing great. Btw what does your training consist of, when I call and my social worker is training I hope they mean Training day as in starring Denzel Washington and Ethan hawke. Lol. You guys are the worst you suck and y'all are mean like bullies. As long as I still have life in me I will prevail and reunite even if I die trying. Oh wait think the state tried that already on me and failed bc I'm still alive. Yesterday I was and tomorrow is promised for me and mine. #Bestworkersever"

"Like most federal or state agencies these people are over worked and under staffed, but the majority of them truly care about the children they serve. My wife and I have had great interactions with our case worker and are grateful for their help and guidance."

"I have been calling this number to make a change in my healthy-blues medical coverage. All I want to do is add a dependent. Hold times are a real pain. They first try to get rid of you when you first call by telling you about all the other ways you could get help rather then calling into the call center. I know this request of mine will HAVE to be handled over the phone with this office. Hold time yesterday (9/1/2022) was over two hours starting at 2 pm. Today I started my call at 8:15 AM and still on hold at 9:30 AM. This is a complete failure of proper use of government funds and time management. The tax payers pay 10 or more cents for every minute people are on the phone because that's how toll free numbers are billed. Secondly there is the pay for the employee(s) working the lines. Finally, there is my time which is valuable to me. Something has to change with the way America interacts with their government. I hope you found this detailed review helpful."
