"I wish I could give this place zero stars my brother is there and every nurse I’ve talked to is rude and not helpful! The doctor that he saw he said sped through the questions and then put an order for him to be admitted when he is not a risk to himself or others. This place just wants to take money from the insurance and keeps people who don’t need to be kept. Even a nurse said the therapist and MD is a free service but to see the psychiatrist will be a charge. Your facility is a joke and needs to be shut down! He said that they barely gave him any food this morning and he had to wait until 930am to eat when he’s been there since 3am! You treat the patients like they don’t matter and it’s ridiculous all the staff need to be retrained on how to properly care for patients and treat the families with a little more empathy or stop being nurses if they don’t like dealing with people. With all these negative reviews you would think someone would investigate this trash facility and shut it down!"

"From start to finish every one has been very friendly and positive. Our daughter was in the outpatient program for 2 and a half weeks. They took the time to get to know her, she was not just a number. I highly recommend this place"

"The amount of mistreatment I had to go through during my stay here was absolutely disgusting. No one is here to help you. Trust the reviews and do not go here. Half the nurses were rude, some laughed in my face when I asked for help. You never see your therapist. I saw mine only twice during my week long stay, and I had to practically hunt her down just to see her the second time. Before I saw her the second time, she had lied when I kept asking staff to see her, they were told she had already seen me multiple times so she couldn't see me again even though I had only seen her once. This place does not want you to heal, they only want your money. The things I mentioned are not even half of what I had to go through. I came here to heal and left with more trauma. This place needs to be investigated and shut down."

"It is impossible to talk to a therapist or doctor involved in your loved one’s care. Family remains in the dark regarding treatment because no one reaches out and you keep circling in the phone tree. Operator consistently picks up without saying a word and puts you on hold to never return. If you are lucky you call at the right time to get a great nurse like Melinda to share information with you and allow you to share insight on your loved one. Much improvement needed. Need to partner with family and primary psychiatrist."
