About the Business
Mind Your Self Counseling is a mental health institution located at 4203 Woodcock Drive in San Antonio, Texas. We offer affordable online mental health and wellness services to adults, with a focus on providing high-quality therapeutic support, education, and programs. Our therapists are highly skilled and compassionate, dedicated to providing client-centered care for issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and everyday stress. We also specialize in providing trauma-informed care for Active Duty military, Veterans, and their families.
In addition to our individual services, Mind Your Self Counseling partners with local community agencies to increase access to quality mental health services in San Antonio. We are always looking to collaborate with new agencies or groups to better serve our community. Our institution is inclusive and supportive of all individuals, with many of our providers participating in Safe Zone training provided by the Pride Center of San Antonio.
At Mind Your Self Counseling, we are committed to supporting the development of skilled and ethical psychotherapists by training and supervising graduate level interns and LMSW’s pursuing clinical licensure. We work with nationally accredited universities to prepare graduate students for successful practice.
