"The moving company is pathetic they took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment stuff and damage my furniture and told me “ now you are making stuff up” the and when I confronted them “they told me you are not paying your husband is paying so you should not talk” They send 2 1/2 guy after telling us they are gonna send 3 guys and 2 off them took 1/2 hr break on job and we’re talking on phone they deliberately slow down working after one hour to prolong the move and after asking to move fast they guy said to not rush us. The person who is sending the invoice are slow as well they took half hour to forty five minute to just send an invoice. Would never recommend them and will advise to stay clear of them as much as possible if you liver your stuff and money."

"On 1/14/2022, I moved from one neighborhood in Friendswood to another, which is less than 3 miles away using Ever Moving Truck company. On the email contract that I received indicated 4 movers with rate of $135/hour and service charge of $202.50 with $75 for Piano. Since I already packed all the boxes and not moving 3 beds, Dining Table set, Washer and Dryer, the movers told me it should not take more than maximum 6 to 8 hours. Four of them came at 9:30AM and start moving and the following tactics are how they wasted time to extend the moving to 13.75 hours: 1. Two guys are in action and the other two guys are either on the phone or hiding in the room pretending working. 2. One guy keeps changing boxes on the dolly and asking the other guy to teach him. 3. Arguing each other after damaging my furniture. 4. Asking me for tapes, tape measure and scissors which they should already have. I ended up giving them what they need. 5. Every time they move big furniture, their discussion of how to do it lasted forever. 6. Looking for TV screws he said he lost on the grass 7. They told me that one of the exercise equipment is too big to bring down from the second floor. When I told him to leave it, he was asking me whether he can have it. He said he can’t do it now but if I give him, he can do it fast. We end it up left it and not moving. 8. They told me that they forget to bring the dollies from the other house and want me to bring the dollies using my vehicle. I ended up doing their favor. 9. Last 4 hours of 13.75 hours they charge me, I only have 2 guys and the other 2 guys were gone. One trip would been enough but it ended up taking three trips. I have tried damage claim for last few weeks but no luck. I have all damage pictures. I hope there is no victims like me in the future."
