"My car was to be shipped from Massachusetts to TX. I received it 2 days later than agreed date. Gas on empty. I received a Delaware toll violation notice in the mail. Apparently my car was driven. They refuse to tell me how far it was driven. But lesson learnt to take a photo of my mileage next time."
