"I had a first time appointment scheduled on Friday, I called for directions because the place was a bit hard to find ( located next to motel) no one answered or returned my calls. I made it to the office the door was locked, I knocked, called no answer. I called a different location, they sent a message to the office where I had my appointment, someone opened the door, I guess to let me know that they unlocked it, and then closed the door before I was able to approach it. No apology for having me wait in the parking lot for over 15 minutes, no follow up call from the therapist or office staff about the 4 phone calls and messages left prior to my arrival to let them know I was having trouble finding the place. I was thinking maybe because of the bad experience I had, someone would follow up, nothing. It takes alot to decide to go to counseling and to be disregarded in this way is very upsetting. Im was so disappointed in the lack of follow through on how they handled the situation, being a new client, I wouldn't feel comfortable seeing anyone from this office as it would not be in the best interest of my mental health. I have yet to hear anything back from anyone, a complete lack of consideration."
