"Dr. Dirnberger has been my provider for about 19 years now. He has an excellent bedside manner, is very caring and allows the patient to participate in their care. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on treatment options. I highly recommend him to everyone!"
"Worst experience ever here. Ongoing hip issue that is requiring a hip replacement and when I had an additional injury to the hip they said that I just needed to go to an urgent care to get a return to work note with restrictions. My orthopedic surgeon was appalled and will not refer to this place again. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go. The PA Sheryl for Dr Butler is the worst. Fails to send prescriptions, failure to send ordered tests, and it all requires days of calls back and forth to straighten out."
"New patient and simply called to request an itemized statement from my visit to submit for reimbursement. I was instructed by Lila to call back after a few weeks to request and it would be emailed. Actually didn’t call until after a month and spoke with Lila again. She first confirmed an incorrect payment amount in question , then said the “billing system was new so I may need to get help.” She put me on hold for about 20 minutes only to come back and say “I can’t email your statement, but you can pick it up from the front desk on your next visit”. Not at all what she told me a month ago. And never mind I don’t have a “next visit!” The fact that Regency “cannot” email a patient’s itemized statement is simply absurd and very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not at all what I expected."
"I am a new patient and I can not get them to respond to my message that I have left on the phone to make an appoint. I have left 2 messages to want to make appointment.They finally picked up and put me on hold and I waited 25 minutes on phone and the person finally picked up and hung up before I could speak(like they wanted me to get off the phone) . I can not believe they treat new patience that way. I was referred by Dr. Duffy(very nice dr)."
