At North Texas Counseling, we proudly serve veterans one warrior at a time. Our counseling is veteran-centered and aims to restore veterans from combat PTSD and related military trauma to individuals who can focus on personal goals and meaningful relationships.
In addition, we offer sports counseling using the 4 MC's approach developed by Dr. Basham. This method focuses on mental clarity, consistency, control, and confidence to help players understand themselves and improve their focus, allowing them to perform at their best level.
