"I’ve been struggling with some issues lately and decided to go talk with someone for help. My wife found Dr. K and scheduled my first appointment for me. Shannon was very nice and helpful but might have had a lot on her plate and forgot to send me some new patient paperwork, no biggie. Although I do not want to disclose the details of our conversation, Dr. K essentially told me that the issues I’ve been struggling with were “make believe” thoughts and to ignore them. I let that one go as well. My second appointment was scheduled for Nov. 2 and they even sent a confirmation email the day prior. I go to the office and it’s a ghost town. I’ve never been ghosted by a doctor before in my life. Those of you that are looking for some real help, please try another option. I’m still looking myself and I’d hate for another person to waste their time and energy on folks that are not going to reciprocate the effort."

"Similar to the other negative reviews I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Klymiuk. He seems like a great doctor who does care about his patients but actually seeing him is so unnecessarily difficult. The office set appointments but then when you get to the clinic, either their office is closed or they tell you, you were never on the schedule. This has happened multiple times to my husband. We have never had so many issues with an office. I recommend requesting a text confirmation the day you set your appointment so you and the office can be on the same page. I really hope they figure things out because we really want to keep coming here but all these issues add so much unnecessary stress to patients and their families."

"I’ve been lucky to finally find a doctor who truly cares. Dr. K actually takes his time, looks at you in the eyes & truly listens (verses some docs who are just typing while you talk). I can tell he truly cares about my well being. He is is a very caring & compassionate soul. Yes sometimes, you may have to wait a little. But it’s not because they overbook. It’s because he really takes his time listening to his patients. So for me , to be lucky enough to have Doc who cares, I don’t mind waiting a little sometimes. If you’re doing really bad mentally, he will do all he can to try & see you ASAP, not a month from when you call like other doctors. His assistant LJ, has been amazing. Her work cell is the after hours number. I’ve seen her time & time again bending over backwards for myself & other patients & I’m very grateful. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly cares then Dr. K is the one! It’s hard to find a doctor like him who really cares. I’m so grateful to him and all his staff who work behind the scenes to help his practice. I’ve been his patient for a few years now & I can’t imagine ever trying another doc after Dr. K’s excellent care & compassion."
