"Another great day of therapy with the master therapist Mr. Zack I walked in for my session at 8am I was dreading it because I pulled a 24hr shift, but Zack said he would be careful with me. Ended up using the bench press for the 1st in a year and with the coaching from Mr. Zack I was able to do 3 sets of 95 pounds. I didn’t get hurt and completed a whole one hour session of therapy.
