"Where do I even begin with this cross dock service? It's an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I can confidently say that I've never encountered a more poorly managed and inefficient operation. Firstly, the staff seemed completely clueless about their own processes. I had to explain my requirements multiple times, and it felt like I was talking to a wall. It's as if they had no training or understanding of basic logistics. Communication was a nightmare, with promises made and not kept. The facility itself was a disaster zone. It looked like they hadn't invested a dime in maintenance or cleanliness. The loading docks were congested, and the entire place was a disorganized mess. It's no wonder that my items ended up in the wrong place and took ages to locate. And don't even get me started on the so-called "tracking system." It was more like a guessing game than an actual tool for managing shipments. The lack of real-time updates left me in the dark about the status of my goods, leading to unnecessary delays and headaches. To top it all off, the pricing was outrageous for the level of service provided. I felt like I was being charged a premium for a service that barely met the minimum standards. It's clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this cross dock service. It's a prime example of how not to run a logistics operation. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable and competent service elsewhere."

"Paid to restack and rewrap 4 shifted pallets. Company did poor job wrapping the pallets so when receiver went to unload the pallets, all 4 pallets of product shifted and the plastic wrap they used just ripped on all pallets causing product to fall to the ground. Called company and they wanted to blame it on the pallets as they said there all broken but its pallets where all in fine shape and the only ones that had this issue where the 4 pallets that they touched. Refuses to take responsibility, do not recommend this company nor will we ever use them again. Would advise others to steer clear!"
