Learning Tree Child Care Center

"My grandson has been affiliated with learning tree since he was one and he is 10 years old now. I would recommend this day care to anyone. The director and the staff are very professional and I know that they care about my grandson. I feel like they are family. Every now and then my grandson will have me pull into daycare so he can wave at his former teachers. Now that I have spoken about how I feel about Learning Tree I would now like to comment on the review from Crystal Davis. Chrystal, since you like to bash people and play the racists card then why don't you ask the parents of all the different races that attend the daycare how they feel. So far I feel that you are the only one who likes to play that game. Did you ever think that maybe the attitudes come from you and maybe you should look in the mirror? Nicole and her staff have been short staffed and have been through a lot since covid and have still managed to take care of all these kids and your review is the only one that I see that has to do with race. Leave the race card alone and then maybe you should check your own attitude. Nicole and her staff have gone above and beyond for my family and for others. My grandson's mom is on the waiting list to get her baby into learning tree. Nicole just advised me that there is about 6 people in front of her so she might have to find another day care until Nicole can get her in. Am I mad or going to give a bad review because I didn't get my way? no, because I know Nicole is doing what she can. Maybe it's better that you don't go back to Learning Tree because I would hate for your bad attitude to give everybody else a bad day."

"All three of my kids have been going to learning tree for some years now and I couldn’t be more happy with all the teachers and the director at the daycare she has been there for me and my kids for years being a teacher and a person to talk to when you need it all the staff there are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who asks what daycare they should go to THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS HAVE DONE AND MOSTLY THANK YOU FOR BEING MORE LIKE FAMILY"

"My son goes to Learning Tree & we both absolutely love it there! He loves his teachers so much! All of the other teachers are so nice as well. The director Nicole truly cares about each and every child & family at Learning Tree! Everyday at drop off and pick up I am greeted with bright smiles & happy faces! Love it there!!!!"

"Very Poor Experience! The director has a very poor attitude. As a parent/customer I expect the facility I’m trusting with my child to feel welcoming & inviting not only for my child but for me as her parent. The director and teachers when dropping off and picking up my child would barely speak nor provide any information on my daughters day. Today, in particular the director not only displayed an attitude but didn’t greet me and only requested for me to hand her my child. I shouldn’t sense negative energy nor the fact that you maybe having a bad day when I’m trusting my child in your care. When I called in to inform her of my concerns she was also very dismissive and not empathetic to my concerns at all. However, it’s funny how parents of their same race are greeted with a smile and information on their children's day. Yet, when I arrive they barely speak or have a pleasant demeanor upon me retrieving my child. Some teachers were ok and I have tried to ignore this but today wasn’t the first time I’ve had to address an issue when it comes to my child and how things should be delivered . However, respect is very important and everyone should be treated equally. Going forward my daughter will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all to anyone who is African American because you can definitely sense the discrimination."

"I had my kids go to Child's World and switched them to Learning Tree.. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!! My kids even said they LOVE it here better!! The teachers there are so loving and caring always putting the kids best interest first. And, the director, Nicole, is the best !!"
