"I just got a delivery from the store last night. I bought among a few other things 2 gallons of milk for approximately five dollars each. They’ve both been EXPIRED for THREE days. When I contacted the 7-Eleven delivery department they refunded me for 1 gallon. I tried to tell them four different times that I bought 2 gallons and all they did was resend the original message that I’ve been refunded for the 1 gallon and it’s impossible to communicate with anybody further. Selling milk that’s been expired for three days? That is just plain negligent. And refusing to refund me for both gallons after ruining my morning because I didn’t have any milk for my coffee? Now you’ve added terrible customer service on top of negligence and you’ve earned this 1 star review."
