"I purchased a $60 bottle to gift to a friend. Upon opening we realized the cork was bad (dry rotted and powdered as soon as you took the plastic off and turned it). This means hundreds of tiny cork granules is in the alcohol, and the spirit not drinkable. I went to the store to exchange/refund and owner said “I didn’t make the alcohol”. The other response was “how do you know its bad”. If you are a store of any kind, you are responsible for the products/service you sell. There is no trust between a customer and a store when they do not stand behind any product they sell. The argument to support a local store, or buy online, is hard to justify here."

"i been buy beer here almost every day and i went to get blue moon and it was warm so i put it back and a box tipped over knocked down two beers and the owner the indian guy snapped at me even tho it was an accident , told me i was gonna pay for that after telling me it was ok and i told him no it was an accident and the beer was warm and he banned me . he was so mad to clean up a can that didnt even spill lol i throw 6000 boxes a day at amazon and he is complaining about picking up a can"
