"They are the fake brokers. They will hire a shipping company without checking their documents. They will hire a shipping company whose insurance is expired, and then they will give you a fake bill of lading. For a few days, they will be in touch with you about the freight, and they will disappear and say that someone scammed them and they can’t find the freight. There is a guy named Shikandar, Steven, who also introduced himself as a lawyer. Don’t believe these people because their back office is in India. So if something happens with your freight, you can’t catch them or won't know where to complain. The reason I am complaining is because on September 28, my shipment was picked up by the freight company. And this freight company was hired by Pacavo Logistics, and on October 2, I was supposed to receive this shipment. Shikandar was the one who was coordinating with us for those days. On the 2nd, he said your shipment is on the way and you will receive it sometime. After two hours, he said there was a breakdown and he was communicating with the driver, but when I asked him to give the number for the driver, he didn't. All day I waited for my shipment in the evening. He said the shipment would arrive early in the morning, but it didn't. All day he was playing with us, and later he said there was a little rain, so the driver was stuck in traffic, so he would arrive soon, but he didn't, and then he stopped picking up the call. The next day, he is telling us someone stole the shipment. These guys are using fake names because they are not here in the USA and are operating from India. So please don't trust this company; they are frauds. They also gave us fake bill of landing and when you check in the system the shipment was delivered on 2021. But we have booked the shipment on 28th sep 2023. We have already filled complaint against them This people are operating from India not from USA and using fake names. So please be safe from this people. Since the fraud Happen Shikandar disappeared and still he is on holiday since last 50 days. The office address which is mention on the site is a resident Address so I am not sure if the owner of the business lives tharw. if you want to make a claim or want to visit them there is no options. It’s better to give business to those who exist in USA and whom you can physically see or contact. This people are not physically present in USA so you can’t trust such people."
