"I saw this therapist one time about five years ago and I still remember our experience. I was referred to her by school counselor for anxiety I was having during grad school. This was my first time trying therapy. In our one & only session, Jenifer said, "I'm not sure why you have anxiety - there's not much wrong in your life. You should stop being a perfectionist. I don't know that I can help you much." This was incredibly disappointing and hurtful and, in retrospect, I'm worried she could seriously harm a client with her indifference. I've been in therapy for several years since this time; I have a wonderful, qualified therapist who has provided me with extensive coping techniques."

"If i could put zero stars i would. This “counselor” was very unprofessional and criticized me the whole session. I was struggling with postpartum depression and clearly she wasn’t qualified enough. It is very apparent that she shouldn’t be a therapist. Luckily, i had a family that was very supportive but I can’t imagine how many other patients went to her to seek help and were met with someone who has NO compassion, something a therapist is supposed to have!"
