"Starting therapy is hard for most people. When I started going to Landry Therapy Group, I was in a dark place. I found myself unable to reach the potential that I knew I had within me. I was a wreck on my first visit. I was super nervous even to meet my therapist! Everybody that works for this company is a gem, honestly. They will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I worked with Lisa, and she saved my life, honestly. She was patient with me. She helped me understand habits and how to improve them or nip them in the bud. She helped me guide my life the way I needed it to start going. Going to therapy is only half of the solution. You have to put work into it, too. If you want to make a change for the better and are willing to be consistent with this change, I would highly recommend this company. I don't think I could say how much I benefitted from Lisa and Landry Therapy Group as a whole."
