"They do an amazing job, but I am only giving them three stars because it is nearly impossible to get them on the phone. They need a receptionist desperately. Sometimes it takes me days to get them on the phone. Aside from that they do great with grooming our dog. It is just so frustrating to actually get her there.."

"My wife had an appointment for our two dogs and they told her to come any time between 9 and 11. When she arrived at 10:30, they told her she was supposed to be there before 10 and her groomer was sent home. Will definitely not be using this place again. Good luck in your future endeavors."
