"Have been a regular customer here, but my last visit has created a 2 year long nightmare. Wanted a simple design and it was original work from someone I knew and they approved of me using it. Artist changed stuff without my knowledge and didn’t show me until 3 minutes before inking me. Didn’t think he’d change stuff that we didn’t talk about because he didn’t do last time with an original design. So, I was only looking for what I thought he’d changed. If I had seen the design at least a day before I would’ve caught it. Booked a removal consultation the day I got the tattoo. Weeks pass and I’m at my appointment, and not only was the design wrong, but the owner told me that because the needle was pushed down so deep into my skin, the artist gave me keloids that may never go away. I have never had this happen with my 5 other tattoos and am very good with aftercare. This is when I thought I should start trying to ask for a refund. I emailed the email on their Facebook in a very polite message asking about their refund policies and explaining what happened, but have not gotten a response. This was about two weeks ago. I’m debating walking in there or calling but I’m honestly so fed up by the whole situation. I’m a regular here and this appointment fell very short on expectations. I’m very upset that I feel the need to write this review, but I hope this will maybe be enough incentive for them to at least respond to me."

"Stopped on a whim and so glad we did. Beth was fantastic!! Kind, warm and super friendly. She did 3 piercings for my daughter and they turned out amazing!! Clean environment, attention to detail, and super reasonable prices!! We will definitely be back for all her future piercings."
