"UPDATED BELOW! AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I loved my doctor - who left Alliance in 2021 so I stopped seeing them. I received bills for services rendered even after paying multiple hundreds of dollars for owed monies towards services. Their billing department is an absolute mess and does not have the capacity to timely bill after insurance is sorted. I just this morning received a bill for a visit in October of 2021 that my insurance instructed me not to pay as ACFS never submitted correctly in the first place, for example. The billing coordinator has been prompt in trying to explain but the whole practice is shady and Aetna had concerns about a doctor attempting to bill so long after services were rendered. I would avoid if at all possible. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner, Anastasia, who listened to all of my concerns. She waived the bill that I was sent a year and a half after service and is working with me to credit back other bills that Aetna should have paid. I am appreciative of ACFS time listening to my experience and their efforts to make it right. It sounds like this was also on my insurance company's side as well."

She was so sweet and gracious - she listened to my child’s long winded answers that may or may not have been related to the questions she asked.
