"The driver is lazy and pretended not to speak English. But could tell he understood it. He refused to help load the truck saying they pay him to drive. Received a phone call from Echo who I guess hired them and they said they would talk to the driver to get him to help. The driver never helped. After we loaded the entire truck he answered the truck door shirtless. I would not use this company again if it was free. Horrible service. User beware!!!!"
