"100% dissatisfied with this TSU Hauling U-haul rep location. I reserved a trailer with an 8am pick up time submitted my info online with Driver license and credit card. Rep was unwilling to help me get the trailer after I waited for 30 minutes to receive a return call and speak to him. He then told me I was basically out of luck because his wife was out of town and he would not open till 9am. Found out from U-haul that they were supposed be open at 8am. Ultimately a waste of 4 hours of my time and losing billable hours that I should be charging my customer and now I'll be 4 hours late to my FIRST appointment after having to deal with this place and then have to acquire a trailer elsewhere. I should send you my bill for $600 for wasting my billable hours this the day and your inconveniencing of myself and my customers all because you fail to live up to your contract with U-HAUL! This is the location next to Danny's Garage. Danny the mechanic/property owner was very helpful."
"Not able to move a small hot tub without damaging it and Kevin became extremely defensive demanding payment before damage was resolved. Bad customer service!"
