"If you are needing virtual care- go anywhere but here. They take no accountability with technical issues (not connecting the appointment). Waited a good 15 mins for my therapist, called and was placed on hold. Hopped back into the appointment, waited again, then called back again. They marked me as a no-show stole my co-pay and charged another $150 for a ‘no show.’ Mind you I was in there business physically two hours earlier. They could not reschedule and do right by their patient since it’s clearly a connection issue."

"Spent 10 minutes on phone making appt and giving my insurance/contacts etc only to be told that I had to give a credit card to hold the appointment. I did not. It would have been nice to have that information upfront to not waste the rest of the time I spent setting up the appointment."
