"Went in there to by a new piece yesterday and the blonde headed kid working the counter was absolutely rude. He looked younger than 21 and had the audacity to think I wasn’t. After I gave him my ID he continued to be rude and said if I had a problem his boss was right there mopping the floors. I said “I’ll take my business elsewhere have a great day.” I drove all the way to west Frankfort’s Capones just because the customer service was so horrible. I have been shopping at capones since they opened the first store in jc and I have never been treated so rudely! Devon would be disgusted."
