"The doctor did not address any issues or concerns I had. He was not professional and did not have any kind of bedside manner. He was rude and condescending even though I had to explain exactly what my medical diagnosis because he didn't know. I left in tears after waiting for over 2 and a half hours."

"I'm pretty sure the main doctor is high when I see him. He has to check an out of date book to see if side effects could be from your prescription, even if the prescription website says it’s possible. Every time I go there I tell them that my insurance only covers 90 days over 4 times and they still send 30 days so my pharmacist has to pick up their slack - call them and tell them to change it. Idk if the person putting in prescription orders is high as a kite or just not qualified. This man takes advantage of the lack of psychiatrists in the area. Don't even bother with this place"

"Sadly Dr. SEERINIVAS IS VERY HELPFUL BUT HIS RECEPTIONST Mari is highly unprofessional, rude and predijust . She told me to me to shut up only beacause I complained that the CNA who took my vitals did not help me get on the scale not sit down nor stand back up. He just stared at me tapping his foot. See Im physically disabled. I have severe spinal cord damage. Then Mari after yelling at me to not talk threatened to call the police on me calling me saying I was out of control. Lol!!!! Shame on her. Maybe she needs phycological help or something. Or.... she is just flat out RUDE. Regardless of her unprofesional behavior, I will continue to see my Doctor. He is a great help and listens very well to my needs. Im grateful for all his help. May God bless him always for his kind Spirit."

"Absolutely the worst place I’ve gone to for any kind of professional care. They have terrible staff that has zero communication, they do not answer phone calls, and they close whenever they want. I asked for a test and they lost my sample for a while and then gave me a wrong negative. I asked the doctor to please give me safe medication during breastfeeding and he didn’t even research the medication, and prescribed me something unsafe for my child who was 8 months. He also gave me “advice” to stop breastfeeding him because he was too old (he’s not a pediatrician and this is terrible/untrue information). I then had to research MY OWN medication because he suggested so many that were not at all safe for me or my child. I also requested a reference for therapy and he just said “oh I can be your therapist too”, and of course then I’d expect to receive therapy but instead I just come in and he prescribes me my refills and then sends me out. I will be reporting them to the Medical Board because it’s absolutely the worst place I’ve been to, and they should be sued. Even one of their employees said they probably won’t answer the phone calls and to come in person, they told me not to tell anyone they said that."

"DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!! If I could give them zero I would. Several things happened BEFORE I ever even stepped into the office 1. Upon scheduling my appointment they changed it not just once but three times 2. After a massive rain storm they closed the office due to "flooding" but failed to notify patients Upon arrival for said appointment there were ar least ten patients waiting in the parking lot. 3. Never received a callback to reschedule after they cancelled and failed to notify 4. Upon scheduling a new appointment they then called me to reschedule again Then when I finally do get to the appointment the staff was unprofessional and made patients walk around with urine samples and the wait time to be seen was terrible. The equipment was out of date and they had to retake vitals several times and still didn't get a correct reading. Finally, I see the doctor and I spend at MOST five minutes with the guy. He asks me why I'm there what was my diagnosis and why I felt I needed said medication. After explaining everything to him he then tells me (with my kids in the room) " I think that after you leave my office you need to go to CPS and drop your kids off and LEAVE THEM THERE!" Do NOT GO SEE THEM!!!!!"
