"Janette is always so helpful when dealing with scheduling or billing questions. Dr. Mary Gonzales has truly helped our family! I can’t say enough good things about this practice."

"My children were seen by Ms. Lopez last year and she is so awesome! Highly recommend her. However, I can’t say the same thing about the front staff/billing department. We are private pay and my understanding was payment would be deducted from my card weekly for sessions. This was not the case. Some weeks I was paying for the previous weeks sessions and it became such a mess I didn’t know for what session I was paying for anymore and then all of a sudden I incurred a balance of a couple of hundred dollars. We haven’t dealt with this place since before 2021 started and lo and behold I get a call today that my son has a balance of $30. I literally just told them I was paying it to be done with it already. I’m not even sure where this balance came from nor did I ask because my understanding when we parted ways back in December both accounts had $0 balance. I even have the the last statements dated and everything that show a $0 balance. I’m so over it. I hope I don’t get another call in a few months saying I still have a balance."

"Was referred here by another doctor. The therapist didn't match my needs, but it was only one session. It could get better. The main issue is, I asked how much the treatment was, and was met with "That's a Clarissa question, she'll call you." It's been nearly a week, and no call from Clarissa. So I called her. Was told that's something Janette would know. I asked if she knew any of the prices, and she dithered and said she has to talk to the insurance company first. By law, health care providers are required to be clear about their treatment prices, so that patients are not surprised with a huge bill. She told me $100, could be more, could be less, depending on the insurance provider. What does that mean? If they can't get more from my insurance, they will charge me more? Why is there a different price? I am seriously questioning the legality of these practices, but even more, I am questioning if I will return there. The answer is leaning towards no."

"No one ever writes a positive review, but people are sure quick to write their negative experience. I am a veteran and have been coming to this place for almost two months. The staff here is great, from the front desk to the Doctor and counselors. They greet everyone with a smile almost every time. I am not in the best of moods each time, but I do feel better once I leave. I do wait on the Doctor at times, but it is definitely a better wait time than those when I go to my VA appointments. People, this is a great place to consider for your needs!! AA++"

"My appointment was at 10:30am and I couldn't make it early enough. I was told no later than 15 min and I got there at 10:47 and she couldn't see me. On top of that I got a ticket for trying to make it. It's 11:27am and no one has shown up for the next appointment and she still didn't see me.... poor excuse for a doctor. Maybe it's a good thing that I didn't see her? Someone knows she's not doing her job to help Vets out"
