"The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because of the current attendant Andrea and her customer service, she’s the most pleasant, consistent, and personable person he’s hired thus far. I would truly no longer visit this location if it weren’t for her. She reminds me of my laundry card every visit, she’s always ensuring it’s clean, and makes me feel at home every time! Always remember to treat the worker with the same respect as the ceo, and she truly deserves recognition for all her hard work and contribution to this community!"

"The place is terrible. Most of the washers and dryers are out of service. You have to pay to dry recently and the dryers are not marked that they're out of service so you simply lose your money. The change machine shorts you anywhere from 1.50-2.00 from twenties. Then half of my dryers didn't get hot making me spend 8 bucks to dry 1xl load of laundry which equals 4 washes.. There's no staff on site to correct the mistakes. The owner doesn't answer nor return calls.. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't patronize you'll be more frustrated than grateful for the convenience of doing multiple loads at a time. Because you'll spend the same amount of time doing laundry than at home having a single washer and dryer."

"May-2019 This place is filthy and hasn't been maintained for a long period of time by the way things look. I won't be coming back, so disappointed. Feb-2019 The location is very convenient and the facility is clean. Had a little trouble with the coin machine taking dollar bills which had me a bit concerned being that it was late at night. The prices for the washer machines are reasonable being that the dryers are free. I plan on coming back with a pocket full of quarters next time. lol"
