"DO NOT DO BUSINESS with waypoint. Gave us the wrong dimensions and weight on a load when driver showed up they couldn’t load him. RC says $150 for Tonu and they only paid $100. A waste of time, money, and a chance to get another load at that point and they won’t even pay the full Tonu. $50 may not seem like a lot but when you lost out of $1500 and weren’t able to recover it is a LOT especially in this business. They refuse to pay what it says on their own paperwork and say “we will take care of you next time” as if there will be a next time. DO NOT USE not a good company to work with"

"I don't do too many reviews, but when you work with such an outstanding company like Waypoint and specifically Sid you want to get the word out. After several failed attempts with other shippers to get my 20,000 pound backhoe delivered I was fortunate enough to find Waypoint and Sid. I could tell as soon as I spoke to Sid that he was a professional and knew what he was doing. He worked hard to find me a driver in a short period of time, kept everything moving smoothly and stayed in contact through the entire process. The driver Sid assigned, Jose, was also a great guy, kept in contact and delivered early!! I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone. If you have to ship heavy equipment, you better call Sid."
