"Pulled my child out after one month. I had a fabulous tour and the staff in the front are so kind and welcoming, I was eager to start. Unfortunately the teachers were just…rude. A month later I still didn’t know who the teachers were. Several faces, not one greets at drop off, no introduction was ever made. I tried engaging at drop off/pick up with little engagement back. Had several issues with communication, needs not being met. When is ask about it, messages ignored. It’s unfortunate because it is a beautiful facility, very clean, adorable set up-but never felt like the teachers cared, and when addressing needs/concerns just seemed they ignored it more out of defense. Myself and family members have picked up my child, and the teachers don’t even see/notice we are here and child is leaving as there aren’t eyes at the front door. Very bizarre experience. *staff at the very front should not negate teachers IN class from watching the door at all times at pick up and drop off, leaving room for children standing at the door to run out. Other positive experiences also does not and should not dismiss my own and my child’s negative experience and lack of receptiveness to our own needs while in short attendance. Please use this feedback as a learning opportunity."

"I love how family oriented the daycare is. The staff is very caring, attentive and friendly. Everyone knows my child by name and greets him each and every time he comes through or leaves out the door. The checkin and checkout process is so convenient and innovative. The Tadpoles app is awesome. I enjoy the photos, videos and activity that I receive throughout the day of my little one. There’s several daycares minutes away from my home but I don’t mind crossing through several towns to take him to Kiddie Academy of Lemont because they provide exceptional care. When I drop my son off, I know he’s in good hands."
