She was patient and understanding, and didn't even mind helping my grandma count her coins to pay for her stuff. Huge shout out to Sofia- you made my grandma smile for the first time in a while!"
"Clean and easy to get into dressing room with out them giving you a hard time about how many items you have, the only complaint is most of the aisles had way too many clothes on the rack, I could barely browse through. They shouldn’t pack so many into one rack, they definitely need to get rid of some to allow more space."
"If your hours say you're open till 5pm then you better be open till 5pm! Came to do a drop off at 4:54 and drop off was closed. Then you need to say on your Google page when you actually close to donations so people won't make a 20 min. drive to your store only to find out you closed early. It matters! Do it!"
"beware of good will electronics. you buy it and it don't work no refund or exchange prices are not that cheap on electrical items. so u spend 10 bucks on a coffee maker and ot don't work. you lost 10 dollars. not fair. can't yest a coffee maker if it does not have water in it. it's a scam."
"Quality and quantity are a thing of the past. Prices for what they do have are ridiculously high. Every decent piece of glass, pottery etc is pulled and sold online. Staff turns over extremely fast. It's no mystery to me why. I had the unfortunate experience of working for Goodwill for 2 years. Worst job ever. Staff is treated very poorly. What Staff the Montgomery store does have are rude . One employee in particular would rather talk with co workers than ring up customers. On the rare occasions that she does work the register she ignores the customer. Sad thing is I think she might be the Asst. Manager"
