"If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the their clients, do not use Josh Woodburn. My boyfriend tried to use him in a child custody case and he was unable to get any thing accomplished. He was late to court, not prepared, after court he was impossible to get a hold of. His assitant was very poor at sending important information. Josh drafted one set of papers and expected my boyfriend to sign them for the least amount of time with his son. He did not want to fight the case at all. When he finally was able to get a hold of anyone at the office it was to pay more money. Josh's exact words "I don't work for free." They should have been that he doesnt work at all. This lawyer has absolutely no fight."
