Cadence Academy Preschool

"My children previously went to Cadence academy for about 2 1/2 years. The previous Director Viki was absolutely amazing the time she took to decorate the daycare I made it feel like a home was very authentic. It seems that the daycare now is more of a corporate feeling versus a home filling all the teachers that previously work, there seem to have disappeared and are replaced which is very sad. My son asked to go back to the daycare, but you took off the circumstances now I wouldn't recommend it."

"I wish i could go back in time and skip your school when i saw it popping in my browser. when you ask to speak to a director because the person in front of you lacks communication skills, is disrespectful, is yelling at you at the front desk and that person tells you she is the director... you wonder which type of demons live in that place. what is that director doing around children? Will this be the behavior of my 20 months old son coming back home? "DISRESPECT"... don't you think it's your job to inform the NEW parent ( new client) that you will use different id names to charge their bank account? If you lack to do so and the parent is trying to understand that it wasn't a scam but you again using a different id name to charge their bank account, will you just yell at them saying that it's none of your business, that you just need your money? What kind of school is this treating people like trash? Let me get my son out of here. Also know that the good reviews you will see are written by the teachers and staff of this school."

"My girls have been at Cadence Academy almost 1yr and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. I scheduled to see this small, "family feel" daycare and Victoria and Ebony were extremely patient and helpful . After my parental quizzes... we felt very comfortable with enrollment and transitioning to a new childcare center. I could not be happier with the entire staff. The staff is so friendly it feels more like family. Victoria our director is always open for conversation, empathetic, real, and transparent. My girls won't leave without giving her a goodbye hug daily! It melts my heart knowing my girls love it here and they feel so comfortable that they need a hug on the way out everyday. Just wanted to let you know that this center is so fortunate to have this type of leadership and staff. I am so appreciative of all they do for my family. "Since enrolling our son at Cadence Academy in Romeoville, we have had nothing but exceptional experiences. Vicki was great and welcoming to our family and she was always helpful and informative when answering questions. Ebony, the assistant director, is so friendly and kind. Overall the staff is excellent at this facility. The teachers (Theresa, Berenice, Lauren and Dorothy) have all treated our son as family and provided him with quality care. He loves it there. My husband and I continue to be impressed with Cadence Academy and based on our experience we highly recommend!"
