"I’ve been a long-time Navy Federal member, and I’ve always received fantastic service. I recently moved to El Paso, and this branch is conveniently located close to my home, so I’ve conducted my business there. I wouldn't say I like the rude, condescending attitudes of all the staff here. I don’t feel like driving out of my way to conduct my business at a different location; however, I think I should. I’m almost tempted to switch to another credit union because of how annoyed I am over the behaviors of the staff located at this specific branch. These people are so comfortable with their jobs that they treat people horribly. The level of professionalism and engagement is in the gutter. Why? Because no one speaks up? No one complains? You should be ashamed of yourselves for the grown adults representing Navy Federal Credit Union. I have observed that no one is held accountable for their actions towards others. Word of advice: kindness is free. You’re in customer service, and maybe some basic remedial training should be considered and is essential for the sake of the members. Management, take note, please. Avoid this place until someone from Virginia comes out here and trains these people."

"Every time I come here there’s a line and/or long wait times here at the George Dieter location. Staff is usually decent but today Ms Marlene made me second guess coming to do transactions here. I handed her everything and she put my transaction receipts and money on the counter. I loved NFCU at one point hence why I had my non profit organization close their account with AFB and open with NFCU. Now I’m regretting it due to the customer service experience I had today along with long lines and wait times. I opened the account on 29 Sept and I make weekly deposits and they still don’t have a business money bag for me. I still love NFCU but maybe consider going to another branch location. The front desk older gentlemen is always pleasant and I appreciate that. It would be nice to see other cultures and genders (mainly females here) employed there as well to give some diversity as well. I highly recommend talking with bank tellers about customer service and being more welcoming because I get treated better at the VA than at this bank location."

She made mountains move helping me out with a weird financial decision I made on my end, but Mrs. Marlene was very understanding of my situation and helped me out to the best of her abilities and was very kind and understanding of my situation!
