From the beginning of the process with Randi to the end with Dakota, the team was responsive and thorough. Flying our two fur babies from Belgium to Hawaii was very stressful and nerve-wracking; however, Dakota was on top of everything, and she and the individuals who helped with transportation, flights, and boarding in Brussels, Frankfurt, LAX, and Honolulu ensured that everything went smoothly, including a very quick direct airport release in Honolulu. The personal updates, photos, and door-to-door service, which included ice cubes in the water bowls en route to the dogs' new home in Hawaii, were wonderful personal touches. We cannot say enough about this company and highly recommend it. Yes, these pet shipping services are pricey but you cannot put a price tag on peace of mind."

Super flexible with all the twist and turns my move enthralled. Military moves are never easy but moving my dog was the easiest in such a short time.
