"Filing a claim here sucks. If I could give zero stars I would. They tell you lies even when you provided them with every detail, pictures, papers, receipt, and they still don’t wanna pay for the damages they caused. I’ve dealt with Donny Stedham. And all he did was come up with excuses why they couldn’t pay for the damages that was caused by them with my motorcycle being delivered. Whatever he told me to do I did, and he still couldn’t pay me properly. He always gave me the run around . Instead of just telling me in the beginning that paying me was going to be an issue or just telling me they wasn’t able to provide the full funds after my bike was fixed. I’ve gotten my bike fixed and provided him with the receipt and they only wanted to pay a portion of it. But they were the ones who damaged the bike with the careless drivers that they hire. I would never do business with this company again. I suggest you run if you’re thinking about it. They don’t care about their customers. If the roles were reverse I’m pretty sure they would understand my situation and frustration. Now I have to get my attorney involved to get the full amount of my money back!"

"I called recently over the phone and Noe Villanueva was the person that i was unfortunately speaking too as I felt he Wasted my time. I would refrain from speaking to him as his attitude is that compared to a angry chimp. Very unprofessional he should not be in customer services."

"We received some boxes and they were damaged, we made the claim and they only sent an email requesting the original shipping invoice. We sent them to them and then they no longer responded. We have not heard from the claim. How is this matter going to be solved? In the telephone numbers they do not help you and they only repeat the same ones, "That you dial the same number""

"I received a shipment that was damaged. I made a claim that was honored but the check went to an address that wasn’t occupied. The check was sent back, I was emailed the check was sent back. I responded with the correct address over a month ago. I have called and emailed and have gotten no response. What’s up?"
