"I was charged over double the price I was told. I was told I would be notified if the charges went above my retainer fee…I was never notified. I used her services in 2016 and am now going through another attorney to repair issues that were done incorrectly. Do not recommend"

"Mrs. Graham and her team provided legal services for me with my child custody case. Mrs. Graham provided excellent work in an expedient manner. Each and every interaction I had with Mrs. Graham and her team was handled with respect towards me and my case. My questions were answered directly, timely, and in a straightforward manner. The invoicing process and management of trust funds was treated with the utmost attention to transparency. Each and every one of my priority items were achieved at the end of the mediation. It is with zero hesitancy that I recommend her legal services."

"Mrs. Graham Far surpassed any standards I had for an attorney. She represented me several times for different situations with my son. The first was over a custody battle which went very smooth. The second time though was not as easy with far more on the line as I was trying to protect my son from a dangerous situation. I placed my son’s well being in her hands, and she did not take the task lightly. She fought for my son like he was her own, and refused to accept any outcome that would put my son in danger. Her staff was compassionate and always there to answer any questions while reassuring me that my son would be ok. I owe My peace of mind and my sons safety to her. I highly recommend Mrs. Graham and am so very thankful for her and her staff."

"I had a similar experience as previous review. Staff was helpful and courteous. Scheduling was quick and convenient. I was referred to Mrs. Graham because she is a “bulldog”. However, a $30,000 retainer too expensive of a bulldog for me. I believe that the paperwork I provided was used as a screening to determine how much I would be charged which seemed suspicious, unfair, and unethical to me. Once we spoke she was very intimidating and basically stated that I wouldn’t make away with much. I was minimized and devalued in her evaluation. Coincidently, she knew I’d make away with enough to pay the retainer, right!? The situation seemed like I’d be pushed into settling or at least be underrepresented. In terms of collaborative law, I was surprised to learn that she was not aware of and did not practice according to Section 6.008 defense of divorce suit and Section 6.505 request for counseling. I didn’t want divorce but she did a good job of convincing me why I should. I think a lot more marriages would make it if the system advocated for marriage instead of endorsing failure as a business..."
