"It took several calls during business hours to get someone to answer. I needed to fax a form to be completed for work. They said they did not have a working fax number. I asked him if email would be better to send in the form and he said, I don't really know, I've never done that before. He did offer to give me the fax number of another branch, but it was the wrong number. Yikes!"
"They once got a new card in for me, didn't tell me when it came in and just cancelled my card after it had sat there sometime in their office. I had to wait until I could go in and find out what happened. When I asked to go ahead and pick up the new card, they told me it had been shredded because it hadn't been picked up! What a joke this bank is!"
