"Staff was very friendly and Nancy Olguin did a great job helping me with an account as well as a loan. I will absolutely refer anyone to the branch on Wadley."

"The staff at this branch in Wadley, Midland TX are on it as soon as you walk in, someone will be of assistance and make you feel welcomed. That is a great feeling when a business does not treat you like a number. Thank you!"

"They're so offensive people. I went to open a new bank account, and they started to ask me a bunch of weird questions about my background and about who I am. They also asked me to prove everything I said. They made me feel like I was at the prosecutor's office. They made me feel like a criminal. Worst customer service I ever seen in my entire life. Go somewhere else save your money, time and dignity. Discrimination issue!!!"
