"We visited the Peru, IL Mattress Firm today in search of a mattress with very specific parameters. Justin greeted us at the door with a smile. He listened carefully to what we needed and took us around to the 3 options he thought would be best for us. At no time did get pushy or try to “sell” us. I don’t like how most sales people in the world treat a potential buyer, and Justin was the complete opposite of the norm. He was able to answer every question without hesitation. He genuinely seemed concerned with helping instead of getting something from us. If I ever have to buy another mattress or know anyone else that needs one.
