"I've been here for couple of months now and I enjoyed working with this great family, Oil field is not everyday Christmas, wonderful people, ( David dispatch, Gonzalez Ana. Todd in Midland, Mark in Hobbs) great dispatcher and good pay. I will buy the company any time is ready to be sold, it's stands out among other companies. "Company doesn't pay anything as far as breakdown pay. Have to go wait 3 weeks for a check. Ragged out equipment. Orientation takes half a week and you only get $200 for it. Home time is pretty accurate, but they have no work out of the Cleburne yard. I worked 3.5 weeks and took like 10 loads the entire time. 25% pay, 1,500 sign on bonus (split). Refuses to provide any form of rate sheet or pay info. So you basically get 25% of whatever they decide the load pays. Which they won't tell you."
"Always paid on time as agreed. Got my escrow back no problems. Lived up to their end of agreement. BUT WORK IS NOT CONSISTENT..Thats the oil field. Not their fault.....you been warned. Other wise great people to work for...in North Dakota terminal were I worked....."
