"My company was dispatched on a load from Gainesville, TX going to GA. I went out of the way to get this load and spent money for a hotel across the street from the receiver, so I could load first thing in the morning. The shipper did not bundle a couple of reels properly. This ultimately led to all of the reels not being able to be loaded. So, the shipper did not ship any of the reels. The broker, Cayli, was already trying to shift blame to my company for the load not being loaded, at the first communication of the issue. She blamed my trailer for having mega ramps for the load not being loaded. Most 40 FT hotshots have ramps for versatility. Ramps were never an issue upon dispatching. But, a lowlife will find any reason not to pay what they owe. Cayli refused to honor TONU and detention pay. Stay away from these crooks!"
