"The absolute slowest drive thru ever. Pull up and are greeted,send over your check then wait and wait and wait some more before they ask what you would like to do with the paycheck. Then wait some more while it's cashed."

"My mother had the actual problem but I was the one speaking for her. I first talked to a lady behind glass and you could tell she went out of her way to help us but didn't quite know what to do so she went and got a higher rank personnel who was not only rude but seemed annoyed and impatient. She was of no help. Maybe because they were fixing to close but never have I been treated and felt like I was a bother to someone who works at a bank. Why work there if you don't want to help people and I mean all types of people at that?"
