"Went in and specifically asked for fed ex and said I did not want my package shipped via usps to Chicago because of high rate of loss in packages and was also told they would email me a confirmation with my tracking which didn't happen until I called the next day asking and then discovered it was handled through usps.... now my friend never got her gift yet someone else in Chicago did. I would not recommend this location as I felt like it was a bit unorganized and the young man helping me didn't listen to me what so ever and then upon my call requesting the tracking info and questioned why it went usps he got an attitude with me."
