"I wish I could give them 0 stars. They sent my driver to a pick up just to find out that the load was not ready/cancelled. The broker, Juan Pina, told the driver that he will be compensated for his time and fuel. We have been trying to contact him for the last 10 days with no success. Please stay away from them if you care about you time and money."
"AVOID Griffith, this brokerage should be avoided at any cost. They are caught in lying us saying we have the load, and that broker Roy Cantu told me he is working on the Rate Confirmation 5 times for Dry Van load 42k lbs, and that is on the way, and after 1h and 30 min Heron De Anda told me finally that the customer wanted Flat Bad not Van, and that load is not 42k but 47k. So be aware everyone, this is not professional at all, they don't appriciate drivers or dispatchers or your time and business. AVOID Griffith, be aware!!!"
