"Booked a load on Friday. They asked to washup trailer inide outside. Deadhead 140 miles, washaup trailer. At the end we never got loaded as they just don't pick up the phones and their pick up number was not correct. Do not ever book with this people"
"We booked the load 11 hours in advance. Broker clearly told us that the shipper works all day (the driver arrived at the facility and they still load trucks). We drove 200 miles in the end the pickup number they provided did not work. We tried to call them without an answer. In the end talked to 3 different representatives and all of them had different stories about why we could not pick up the load clearly lying Nobody informed us in advance about removing us from the load or any other issues. This team clearly plays some childish games. They are not answering the phones or replying to the emails. No answers regarding TONU Avoid them at all costs, very unprofessional."
