"The games are not made for you to win, some defective and others without precision so that you can remove the games. The pliers took the doll to the mailbox, he released it, and it collided with the side of the mailbox and fell into the game next to it. We played several times. My granddaughter was left crying when she saw that her favorite doll did not come out of the game by default. And they don't take care of their defective machines. They spoke to me via SMS, I answered them and I have not had any solution. This happened at nickelodeon universe mall american dreams."

"They have what's called a "pay out percentage" on their games. The games are rigged to only pay out tickets or prizes based on the percentage of times the game is played. For example; if you play a crane machine 100 times (at $4 per play for some machines) the crane is programmed to only allow a win 10% of the number of plays. Regardless of whether or not you grab a prize, it won't allow the claw to apply enough pressure to hold the weight of the prize. They adjust it according to how much revenue the game brings in. If the game falls short they decrease the pay out percentage to increase the revenue. It's like legally stealing from people in my opinion. If you ask Mark they're "selling smiles". Obviously that's total nonsense when you're playing a game that promises a prize. The games that pay out tickets are the same way. If they discover a game is giving away too many tickets they'll turn it down to increase revenue. Corporate greed at it's finest."
