"Love this business. Friendly and helpful staff. Always quick to give me heads up on the best options and I honestly feel like they care about their customers best interest more than just making a quick buck. I've had many situations where I have to pay for packaging on an amazon return that I was supposed to already have packaged it and I didn't realize it, but they've also been gracious a few times and given me a free bag when it is small!"

"The customer service I received from Nathan was above any words that I could use to describe. He assisted me with a restricted shipment with many obstacles yet continued to look for solutions until it was completed. My shipping challenge was no problem for them. And they did it joyfully. You don't find that level of service often. Happy to give 5 stars!"
"Update: looks like they have new person appointed and I have consistently bad experience two times. First time I was inside the door at 6:25 and by the time my turn came it was 6:32 so he told me he cant process as its 2 minute over. Second time i was in door at 6:28 and there was only one person who he was processing before me but rather than telling me he will not process me he waited until that person complete and looked at me 4 times in between by the time it was 6:41 so he tols me that he cant process as i am 11 min past rather telling me that before and keep me waited 13 min and behavior was also rude. past review was five star: I visit this store quite often for some of return or packages and one time for notary and experience was quite nice."
"Update: these guys continue to be the best. Luke, Nathan and crew are amazing. Highly suggest this store. I've used a variety of UPS stores all over the Houston area and even some outside of the Houston area for many years. This one by far has the best customer service. I drive by two other UPS stores to get to this store because I know they will take care of what I need with superior customer service. They also always look for ways to minimize your cost."
