"Love this daycare! Other places usually are full of staff with attitudes or staff that doesn’t care to help in any way. This staff is always willing to help and to solve any issues. I’ve never had a single problem with their services! I’m confident in sending my child here and will continue recommending them! Latrice and Megan are super helpful always ! And my daughters teachers truly care for the children. 10/10!!"

"COA south Elgin has exceeded my expectations completely. My son has been with another daycare system which closed due to COVID. With all of the changes going on I was worried about how my son would adjust especially without being able to tour the school before hand. From the first day he started he absolutely loves it there! He is so happy and excited going to school. Happier than I’ve ever seen him even at his previous daycare. I wish we would’ve come here sooner! I may not be able to interact as much with his teachers or get to know them due to the circumstances, but that is okay because I know my son is comfortable and happy. I trust them with the most important thing in my life and couldn’t ask for more in these trying times. We will only get to be with them for a short time due to moving out of state, and I can only hope that I find a school as good as this one!"

"I would strongly suggest you guys do your research into other daycares before sending your child here. I pulled my daughter out from one day to the next after dealing with them for one year. When we first started I really like the place. I liked the teachers and the curriculum. Once teachers started quitting due to lack of support from upper management including the director and assistant director is when everything started to go down hill. I can give a few examples of the experiences I had here but honestly I could go on and on about how bad this place is. One my child was bit and scratched multiple times by the same kid and yet all I was told is that they would talk to his parents. One of the times she was bit that left a bruise and teeth marks no body even knew about it or how it happened. I only found out when giving my child a bath that night and seeing the mark. My daughter was being switched from class to class due to lack of staff which ultimately started confusing my daughter and she would cry at drop off when she had never done that before. There were times I would go in and one teacher would be struggling in the class room with 8 toddlers but yet the assistant director and the lady above the director with short hair would be up front on their phones or shopping online. At one point it seemed like they were hiring anyone who filled out an application. The last straw for me was when I went to pick my daughter up and they had told me she had just been changed only to find out they changed her but never wiped her!! I honestly wouldn't even trust them with my pet after the experience I had with them let alone my child. And there is no point in calling corporate because I am still waiting on a call back from them after 2 months. Please do your research and don't buy into the outside look of this place or what they advertise. I can go on and on with other things that have happened but I will leave it with please think hard before leaving your child here."

"My son has been going to Children of America for a 1 1/2 years. I have been extremely happy since we took our first tour. The teachers and staff are amazing. They all have treated my son and my family as if we were part of their family. The tuition is reasonable but the most important thing to me was the people that would be acting as his mommy while I am unable to be with him all day. All teachers and staff that I have encountered are friendly, compassionate and are excellent teachers. I couldnt imagine a better place for my son!!! Thank you Children of America for helping to shape my son into a kind, caring, helpful, happy and fun little man!! I appreciate all you do to create a fun and safe place for him to grow."
