"Hands down the best UPS store I've ever been to and I've been to over 20 of them. The staff is super nice and they try to take care of you quickly and make suggestions that will save you money. It is also the cleanest UPS store I've ever been to. The unloading of packages is very easy and there is always plenty of parking. I've stopped by here many times on the way to work and they've never held me up and made me late. I first came here for the convenience of the location but now this is my go-to store due to the customer service and the attention that I receive. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!"

"The store hours show the store should open at 9am on Saturdays. The worker pulled up at 9:04am, unlocked the door and went in the store. I waited a few minutes and went to the door, but the door was still locked. The worker came to the door unlocked it, and turned around to walk away. He didn't open the door for me to know it was unlocked & I never saw a key. When I entered the store, the worker never made eye contact, did not say hello, or any other type of greeting. I was really shocked at how rude he could be after he was late opening the store. If you have to go to this store, be aware that customer service is poor."
