"Never had a bad experience until I came in contact with Marcy today. She was disrespectful & wanted to act a fool bc it was almost their lunch time & if we wanted our meds then we could wait until they got back. Raised her voice at the gentlemen in front of me, told both of us she wouldn’t help us. Then proceeds to get pissed & tell us that we don’t care about if they get a lunch or not. Mind you- our meds were READY & sitting on the counter. It took her a total of one minute to check me out and send me on my way. The disrespect I received from Marcy today was ridiculous & if one of my staff were to act that way they probably wouldn’t be a part of my staff anymore."
